Tuesdays are all about willing for me. Willing yourself to power through a week. Captain Beefheart, now that is one dude who could will anything. He could probably will a diamond from a piece of coal. This track was released in 1972, its off the Clear Spot album (which has an even more killer track called “Big Eyed Beans from Venus”)…which goes to show that if he wanted to he could have willed punk into existence regardless of history saying it occurred 4 years into the future. Hell, Robert Pattison, who looks like he is joining the Brian Jonestown Massacre in the cover of this soundtrack, looks cool just by the Capt.’s willed osmosis.
